Handmade products
Every MiniMenah piece is handmade or hand-painted. Small variations in color, brushwork, leather grain, and placement are part of the craft and do not make a piece defective. Product colors may also appear slightly different across screens.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting checkout creates an order request. We may contact you to confirm availability, delivery, customization details, timing, and the final price before production or dispatch. An order may be cancelled if details cannot be confirmed or a product is unavailable.
Custom orders
Reference images and names must be provided by you with permission to use them. Production starts only after the design, timing, and final price are confirmed. Personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or do not match the confirmed request.
Pricing and delivery
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Delivery cost and timing are confirmed according to the destination and order. Any obvious pricing or catalog error may be corrected before the order is accepted.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for information submitted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Reviews and acceptable use
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and may not include threats, harassment, personal data, impersonation, unlawful content, or spam. Reviews publish immediately, but clearly abusive or unlawful content may be removed.
Cancellations and problems
Contact MiniMenah as soon as possible if you need to change an order or if an item arrives damaged. Available solutions depend on the order stage, the item type, and the issue reported.
